Our Vision

Our goal is to provide a loving environment in which young children may grow physically, spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually. To attain our goal we are committed to

  • Keeping class sizes small
  • Working in partnership with parents
  • Having reading aides in the kindergarten – second grade classes
  • Emphasizing the importance of communication between the school and home
  • Providing a warm and friendly small school environment
  • Staffing our faculty with nurturing, dedicated, and skilled teachers
  • Fostering a mutual respect between staff, students, and parents

Every staff member of our school has been trained in child CPR, first aid, and infectious disease control. Each has taken courses in earthquake prepared- ness, immunizations, allergies, and other health and safety issues.

Religious Development

Lea’s is a non-denominational Christian school. Our emphasis in religious study is Christ’s message of “love one another as I have loved you.” Students attend chapel services. Through our weekly offering and donations of canned goods and other gifts, we are able to support worthwhile projects at home and abroad.
