Hello Lion Cub Parents!

During this coming month of April we will continue working through the alphabet, finish up with our study of Spring and delve deeper in the concept of patterning. Along with all of this we will spend time sharing our families and cultures with each other. Multicultural Week will actually last most of this month. It will include art projects and stories from around the world, time for students to share ethnic items with the class and a multicultural potluck feast. A note will go home explaining how you can enhance our multicultural weeks.

Reminders---------

• Please help your child remember to bring something in for the letter of
the week. This week is "T".

* Send something in from your ethnic/cultural background to share with the
class. Your child---or you---can talk to the class about where his/her
family came from.

* If you did not send in a family picture at the beginning of the year, please
send one in as part of our Multicultural studies.
