Greetings!
 
Thank you so much for your support of the Parents’ Club meeting Friday evening!  I appreciated the attendance of so many third/fourth graders!
I can see that they really enjoy getting together and sharing their electronic games!
 
COMING WEEK:  I look forward to the normalcy of the week ahead,  although I told my students that “normal” is becoming “abnormal!”  The fourth graders have a math test on Tuesday, and they will begin working on their memories for the yearbook during language time.
 
SPELLING AND MEMORY VERSE:  Since both of these tests are written, the students who are studying by writing the words are on the right track.  Mrs. Gerard and I are convinced that those who are not getting “A’s” can do so with more effort.  Please encourage your child in both subject areas.
 
FIELD TRIP:  If I have calculated correctly, it looks like we have enough drivers.  I have the following parents on the list:  Mrs. Kaloostian, Mr. Eke, Mrs. Jain, Ms. Ronas (pending), Mrs. Chen, and Mrs. Dzoan.  Please contact me if there are changes.
 
VALENTINE’S PARTY: The list is posted.
 
SPRING PROGRAM:  Our class will be dancing to “We Go Together” from “Grease.”  I think it will be so much fun!  Do any of you happen to have or know anyone who has the video of the movie? I can get “Grease II” on Netflix and that’s helpful, but I would like to get a hold of the original one.
 
JADE IS OUR STAR STUDENT OF THE WEEK. We look forward to her special time each day!
