REGISTRATION AND TUITION FEES, 2011-2012
REGISTRATION Kindergarten: $200 First – Fourth: $300
To register for Kindergarten 2011/2012 school year, send in the registration form along with the $100 per child NON-REFUNDABLE pre-registration fee.
First – Fourth grades to register for the 2011/2012school year, send in the registration form along with the $150 per child NON-REFUNDABLE pre-registration fee.
This pre-registration fee will be deducted from the full registration fee due on Wednesday, May 25.
*If the balance of the registration fee is NOT received on Wednesday, May 25: Kindergarten parents will have to pay $150.
First – Fourth grade parents will need to pay $200.
Tuition
Kindergarten – Fourth (academic year) $595/month for 10 months
Kindergarten (Full-time) $785/month for 12 months
First – Fourth Daycare $165/month for 10 months or $5.00 per hour
Tuition discount: If the second or third child is at the kindergarten – fourth grade level, the following discount applies: 30% for the second, 40% maximum for three or more students.
Discounts apply to tuition fees for school time only and not daycare fees.
Field Trip (per child) K – 4 students $40
K – 4 families participation in three, mandatory fundraisers:
- Gift wrap & Cookie dough: minimum of $125 per child; non-participation buy out: $150 per child
- Spell-a-thon: minimum of $125 per child
Late buy out: $150 per child (monies turned in after due date)
- Parent Appeal Fund: $130 per child
First payment due: October 14, 2011
Second payment due: November 14, 2011
BUY OUT for Fundraisers 2011/2012: $150
SERVICE HOURS: K - 4 families are required to complete 20 service hours.
SUMMER SCHOOL: Summer school is a five-week program. This year summer school will begin on Monday, June 27 and end Friday, July 29. The tuition rates are as follows:
K – 4 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM Monday – Thursday
8:45 AM – 3:00 PM Fridays (Special activity days) $500
School will be dismissed at noon on July 29. NO DAYCARE will be provided
in preparation for our overnighter!
2 – 4 Full-time students include daycare AND tuition
for the five-week summer school program (same as last year) $805
SUMMER SCHOOL REGISTRATION FEES:
K – 4 grades: A $75 non-refundable registration fee which includes cooking, science, and fieldtrip fees is due by March 2.
Full-time kindergartners, who will be first graders in the summer, will continue paying the present tuition rate through the summer until the contracts end in August.
Summer school tuition is due on Friday, July 1.
If a child is absent during summer school, the full-tuition rate must be paid.

Part-time and 9-3:30 students must register for summer school along with the school year registration. Full-time students automatically continue through the summer and do not need to register for summer school.
All registration fees are non-refundable.
*Rates are effective July, 2011 for new incoming students.
